We brought the spirit of the French Alps straight to the heart of Stockholm as we celebrated the launch of our brand-new Après Ski flavour at Dersch, and what a night it was.

For one evening only, Dersch was completely transformed into a buzzing alpine après ski haven. Think cozy mountain lodge meets high-energy ski resort vibes. The space was filled with warm lights, rustic details, and playful nods to the slopes, including shots served straight from skis, setting the tone for a night that was anything but ordinary.

Guests stepped into what felt like a chalet in the French Alps. The music was vibey, the room was glowing, and laughter echoed between clinking glasses. The energy built naturally throughout the evening, with friends gathering around long tables, new connections forming at the bar, and everyone fully embracing the après ski spirit.

Of course, no alpine-inspired evening would be complete without incredible food. The restaurant’s legendary schnitzels were served hot and crispy, adding the perfect comfort-food element to the night. Culinary magic was delivered by the amazing chef Roy Nader, who made sure every bite lived up to the atmosphere, bold, generous, and unforgettable.

As we toasted to the launch of our Après Ski flavour, it felt like more than just a product celebration. It was a gathering of our community, people who appreciate great flavors, vibrant settings, and shared experiences. There were cheers, spontaneous dance moments, ski-shot rituals, and plenty of memories made.
